K will be a big sister this July! This isn't the best picture but sometimes getting pictures of a very busy toddler can be challenging these days. :)

Trip to see the "ish"

The winter will be challenging with cold weather and a very active toddler. So yesterday we took a trip to the Shedd Aquarium. We've been there a few times before, but this time K really knew what was going on and got so excited to see the frogs, turtles and especially the "ish"!!


And of course dad liked the fish too!

K says quite a few new words each day and we work very hard for her to get family members names included! Here's some from a recent conversation...



And yes she does have a Christmas shirt on... her dad dressed her. :)

New Year's Resolution to Work out

It is typically everyone's New Year's resolution to work out and K has taken that same pledge. She saw her dad doing some push ups and wanted to join in the fun!

Happy New Year!

Happy 2011! We had our neighbors and their two little girls over for New Year's dinner and K had such a fun time. Though she wanted absolutely nothing to do with typical New Year's attire including hats or horns. So she just posed for a picture with no garb on.
