First flight - off to Austin!

We arrived in Austin and K had not really napped much. So cousin Payton stepped in pushing K on a stroller walk so she could get a cat nap in. And boy was it hot!

K was able to use the rocking horse that Uncle Bob gave P and C when they were little. She had such a fun time riding it!

Payton stepped in as mommy and was more than happy to help feed K.

The weather on Saturday was beautiful so after naptime we put on our suits and hit the pool. K had such a great time and enjoyed watching Payton and Cade swimming around.

One last cousin picture outside the Dougan's new home and then off to the airport.

Patiently waiting through the security line. O'Hare was a nice family friendly airport that had a family line for security where we got to go right to the front of the line. Unfortunately Austin didn't have that same option but thankfully K was very patient.

K's flight home to Chicago. She crashed just a few minutes after take off and slept the entire flight home. We had to wake her as we began landing to give her a bottle to clear her ears. Overall the entire trip was lovely and uneventful for the little lady's first flight!
